Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that Põhja-Sakala Vallavalitsus (registry code: 77000463) (address Lembitu pst 42, Suure-Jaani linn, Põhja-Sakala vald, 71502 Viljandimaa) environmental permit application No T/KL-1008616 submitted by 01.09.2021 has been accepted since 01.09.2021. The Põhja-Sakala Vallavalitsus is applying for an environmental permit for the expansion of the Orange of Vastemõisa (WATER 1140700) on land in Vastemõisa village (BARRAGE 024600), Vastemõisa County station (registration No 3683339; registration No 87001:002:0116), in Vastemõisa village, Northern Sakala, Viljandi County.

The application shall be digitally available on The environmental Decisions information system of the Environment Agency was https://kotkas.envir.ee UNDER the sakes “environmental permits” (“procedures for environmental permits and applications”) in procedure No M-116927, document DM-116927-1.

Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address Suur tn 3, 48306 Jõgeva.
