Keskkonnaamet announces that Aktsiaselts Viljandi Veevärk (registry code: 10185182) (address Viljandi maakond, Viljandi linn, Tartu tn 123, 71005) the request for amendment of the environmental permit submitted has been accepted and the amended draft environmental permit No L.V/326521 and the draft order for granting it have been finalised. Environmental permit No L.V/326521, as AMENDED, entitles an undertaking to recover waste (biological treatment prior to the recovery of waste — R12o, storage — R13) at the composting field of the waste water treatment plant at Köst, Viljandi County, Viljandi City, Tartu tn 123 (Cadastral certificate: 89709:003:0003, registration No 2676139). Specific environmental permit No L.V/326521 for the use of water is granted to the company for the abstraction of groundwater and the discharge of discharges and rainfall water into receiving waters. The company does not apply for any change in the specific water use; all conditions imposed remain unchanged..
