Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that Narva-Jõesuu Linnavalitsus (registry code: 77000499) (address J. Poska tn 26, Narva-Jõesuu linn, Narva-Jõesuu linn, Ida-Viru maakond) the application for an environmental permit submitted by the party has been accepted. An environmental permit is requested for the clearance of a navigable route from the port of Narva-Jõesuu Kalurisport with a capacity of 490 m3 and for the insertion of solid substances in a river of 290 m3 at the time of the construction of the Slip (environmental registration code: 1062200).

Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency.
