The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of public bailiffs and the Chamber of Bank administrators electronic auction:
Residential property numbered 2700307 in the register part of the District Court of Tartu, located at 100% in Ida-Virumaa, the town of Kohtla-Järve, the town of Järve, vahtra tn 10-8, comprising 377/15546 notional parts of the land and real estate dwelling No 8, having a total surface area of 37,70 m2 and marked in the plan No 8. The exercise of co-ownership is restricted to rights relating to the real elements of apartment ownership No 2699607 - 2703907. The immovable property is:
(1) the Republic of Estonia (Centre for State support services (registry code 70007340)), bailiff Kaire Põlts, shall refuse to dispose of the property. 20.02.2012 entered at the request of the bailiff on 23.02.2012 on 27.02.2012.
