Notice of public display and public consultation of a strategic environmental assessment report

Tallinna Keskkonna- ja Kommunaalamet publishes this announcement under sections 41 and 37(1) of the environmental impact assessment and Management system Act (KeHJS).

Tallinn environmental and Kommunal Authority announces the publication of strategic environmental assessment (SEA) Daily dog TN 32, 35, 41 and climb 4, 6, 8, 10 building and neighbouring building plan report.

The zoning plan and the KSH were initiated by order No 292-k of the Tallinna Linnavalitsue of 4 March 2015.
The objectives of the zoning plan shall be to modify part of the land use targets of the plots on the land to be developed; the division of the planning area into a total of 44 plots of land comprises 32 residential plots (including 5 existing and non-detachable plots, 1 existing plots for which there is a possibility of adding an additional area by way of privatisation, and one land without a building right that can be privatised and incorporated into a plot of land outside the planning area), 2 arable plots (one existing and non-detachable), 2 plots of public land and 8 plots of land for transport.
In the course of DP's construction, the number of plots and their intended use have changed in part compared to the initial pre-DP emption pioneer.
During the preparation of the sea, the consistency of the zoning solution and its alternatives with the master strategic planning documents was analysed. The objective of the sea is to take account of environmental considerations when drawing up and establishing a zoning plan, to ensure a high level of environmental protection and to promote sustainable development.
The planned area, 8.78 ha, is located in the town of Pirita, Tallinn, in the village of LEPIKU, between the recreational path and the road of LEPIKU. The planning area shall be accessible from the recreational path and the LEPIKU route. The plan includes Pädakoera TN 32, 35 and 41, LEPIKU TEE 49 and 51, Cruce 4, 6, 8 and 10, Sompa TEE 46, Pädakoera Street T9 on the streets of the plots of ploughing, loudspeaker and LEPIKU and unreformed public land.
There is no cross-border environmental impact.

The building plan materials can be found in the Tallinn planning Register (TPR) link to https://tpr.tallinn.ee/DetailPlanning/Details/DP033120.

Proposals, objections and questions about the SEA report can be submitted at during the publication at Mündi tn 2 15197 Tallinn or the kommunaal@tallinnlv.ee of the Meiitsi.

The public consultation of the SEA report takes place at 15.03.2022 at 16.00 in the Hall of the Government of the Pirita district (Kloostri tee 6, Tallinn 11911). Participation in the discussion will take place at pre-registration and will also be possible through Teams.
