Tartu Maakohus (Tartu kohtumaja) publishes this announcement under Section 145(5) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
By order of 24.05.2022 in civil proceedings No 2-17-9409 confirmed the allocation proposal submitted by the debtor's Pajuristi Alusmäe OÜ (registry code: 10850679) (in liquidation), liquidator.
The debtor or the creditor objecting to the distribution proposal may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (§ 145(4) of PankrS; § 661(2) of TsMS).
