The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of public bailiffs and the Chamber of Bank administrators electronic auction:
1/3 of the estate owned BY ARKADI AZIN, deceased Jelena Azina on 18.09.2009, identification No 46905233712, of the estate community.

According to the court enforcement officer, the estate is a cooperative estate which includes, inter alia:

- the register part of the property with the number 3276509, located in Ida-Viru County, Narva City, Lego prospectus 43-23.

The deceased was married to her civil status until her death. Spouses are subject to the joint property regime.

No other information is available on the assets and liabilities of the deceased. There is no information available to the trustee on how to carry out the inventory of the estate.
Under paragraph 148(2) of the inheritance, only the property rights and obligations of the co-heir, in particular the right to claim the share of the estate which the co-heir would have received if the succession had been divided, are to be transferred to the transferee.
