Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja publishes this announcement under Section 30(2) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
by order of 29.08.2022 in civil proceedings No 2-19-12542/59 concerning the debtor OON LOGISTICS OÜ (registry code: 12367585), in order to avoid the collapse of the bankruptcy procedure, to cover the costs of the bankruptcy procedure in the form of a deposit to cover the costs of mass liabilities and bankruptcy proceedings was fixed at EUR 5000 payable onto the account provided for that purpose by 12.09.2022.
. The court shall not terminate the proceedings if the amount determined by the court is paid as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings.
The amount shall be paid into the account of the Ministry of Finance NO EE5710220229377229 (SEB Bank), No EE062200221059223099 (Swedbank) or No EE221700017003510302 (Luminor Bank). The payment document relating to the payment of EUR 5 000 or all information contained in the payment document for the purposes of its electronic verification (name of the payer, current civil case number, date of payment of the advance) must be submitted to the court (Harju Maakohus, Tallinn Judge) within the same time limit.
