In the event of delay in complying with that obligation, the court ordered Mr Tarmo Mahlapuu to pay to Pajuristi Alusmäe OÜ (in bankruptcy) default interest in the amount provided for in paragraph 113(1) of the LAW ON VALUE added tax (LS) 1. Default interest shall be due from the date of entry into force of the decision until full compensation is paid for the damage. The judgment became final on 13.08.2020.a.
