The claim for damages brought by Sinear OÜ (bankrupt) against Mr Heldi Maidra, managing director, totalling EUR 113 376.50, is based on the damage suffered as a result of the subcontract for the reconstruction of Narva Pimeaed concluded on 28.06.2018 and in accordance with contract No 5.1-6/36/2017. The damage suffered is an overexecution of the works in the amount of EUR 97 028.27, a termination of the contract in the amount of EUR 6 888.91 and maintenance costs incurred in finding a new contractor in the amount of EUR 9 459.32.


COMMENTS:
1. The assets shall be delivered to the auction winner within 30 days of receipt of the full purchase price.
2. The purchaser is required to bear any other costs (including the conversion of ownership).
