Action brought against Tarmo Mahlapuu (s.23.04.1985) following a judgment which has become final: by judgment of 20.01.20.a in criminal case No 1-18-10490, Tartu Maakohus granted the bankruptcy trustee's action and ordered Tarmo Mahlapuu to pay damages of 563 704 euros in favour of Pajuristi Alusmäe OÜ (bankrupt). In the event of delay in the performance of the obligation, the court ordered Tarmo Mahlapuu to pay Pajuristi Alusmäe OÜ (bankrupt) default interest in the amount provided for in subsection 113 (1) (1) (1) of the VÕS. Default interest shall be paid from the entry into force of the decision until full compensation for the damage. The judgment entered into force on 13.08.20.a.
