Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja publishes this announcement under Subsection 5 of § 145 of the Bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
By order of 11.12.2023 in civil proceedings No 2-20-5184 confirmed the allocation proposal submitted by the debtor's osaühing DJUK (registry code: 10405755) (in liquidation), liquidator.
The debtor or the creditor objecting to the distribution proposal may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (§ 145(4) of PankrS; § 661(2) of TsMS).
