Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 47 of the General Part of the Environmental Code Act (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that AS Viimsi Vesi (registry code: 10461699) (address Paelille tee 1, Lubja küla, Viimsi vald, Harju maakond, 74010) requests amendment OF environmental permit No L.VV/328198 in connection with the application for a new water intake, a borehole at the Prangli Rahvamaja (location X: 6610673, Y: 556966), the addition of a lime and water intake from the water intake, 8,640 cubic metres per quarter. The company has been granted an open-ended environmental permit No L.VV/328198 for the abstraction of groundwater on Prangli Island in Viimsi Parish, Harju County on 18.10.2016.

Until the amendment or refusal to amend environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environmental Board.
