Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 47 of the General Part of the Environmental Code Act (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that Tammneeme Sadam MTÜ (registry code: 80350493) (address Hallikivi tee 22, Tammneeme küla, Viimsi vald, Harju maakond, 74017) an application for amendment of environmental permit No L.VV/331071 (hereinafter environmental permit) for the special use of water has been submitted. The application is registered in the Eagle information System as APPLICATION No T-KL/1021352 (hereinafter application). By order No 1-3/18/1581 of 01.06.2018 “granting a permit for the special use of water to an NGO of the port of Tammneeme and failure to initiate an environmental impact assessment”, the Environmental Board has granted environmental permit No L.VV/331071 for the special use of water in connection with the establishment of the waters, entrance and piers of the port of Tammeneeme: dredging of 5330 m ³ and placement of solids (rubble, reinforced concrete, limestone, granite stone) of up to 4660 m ³. Dredged soil will be used onshore. An environmental permit has been issued with the validity 11.06.2018 - 10.06.2024. According to the application, the time frame for the operation is to be changed as the construction of the port has not been fully implemented. According to an application for amendment of an environmental permit, it is desired to set a new term for the termination of the environmental permit on 30.06.2029. The nature, volume and technology of the activity will not change. The Environmental Board verified the compliance of an application for amendment of an environmental permit with the requirements. The Environmental Board, as the issuer of the environmental permit, considered the submitted materials sufficient to initiate the procedure of an application for amendment of the environmental permit.

Until the refusal to amend or amend environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environmental Board.
