The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
Oksana of Svetlana Saitova (48009170337) who died on 11.07.2021, personal identification code 45406160387, date of birth 16.06.1954.a. of the community of the estate.

As far as the bailiff is aware, the following shall be included in the joint ownership of the estate:
- apartment ownership with registration number 2816401 (located in K. Kärberi tn 48// 50-104, Tallinn), which was part of the joint property of spouses.
The apartment is 3 rooms, has a total area of 64.5 m2 and is on the 8 th floor. As of 19.02.2024, the apartment is not encumbered with mortgages.

The estate went into succession between the three co-successors.

Under paragraph 148(2) of the inheritance, only the property rights and obligations of the co-successor are transferred to the acquirer of the share, in particular the right to claim the share of the estate which the co-successor would have received upon the division of the estate.
