The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
Unbuilt immovable located in Kangrumetsa, Saha village, Jõelähtme Rural Municipality

The immovable is entered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No 8570002 (cadastral code 24504:003:0219) 100% of the profit-making land, Harju County, Jõelähtme Rural Municipality, Saha village, Kangrumetsa.
Area of immovable 10.17 ha.

Unbuilt immovable. The property is crossed by 110 kv overhead lines from Lasnamäe-Aruküla.

The property is encumbered by the rights identified by third parties together with their rankings and other restrictions on immovable property ownership:
Section III entry No 1 - prohibition notation to prohibit disposal of immovable property in favour of bailiff Elin Vilippus.
Section IV entry No 1 - mortgage in the amount of EEK 300 000,00 for the benefit of as SEB Pank (registry code 10004252), which belongs to Andrei Zapalov and Jekaterina Zapalova. Section IV entry No 2 - mortgage in the amount of EUR 45 000,00 for a notional part of the private limited company of Mihkel Mereküla Law Office in favour of the catchment area OÜ (registry code 16622749). The actual owner of registered immovable is required to submit to immediate enforcement in order to satisfy a claim secured by a mortgage.

An auction is conducted to satisfy a claim for termination of common ownership and is not related to a debt proceeding. A prohibition notation encumbering an immovable shall be deleted after a successful auction.

Mortgages encumbering an immovable remain encumbered on the immovable after a successful auction!!!
According to the information received from the mortgagee SEB Pank AS, as of 16.03.2023, the claim secured by a mortgage in favour of Saha village Kangru III, Jõelähtme Rural Municipality, Harjumaa AS SEB Pank amounted to 24 013.55 euros.

Pursuant to subsection 346 (1) of the Law of property Act, a claim, interest (including default interest) up to three years before the sale of the immovable in enforcement proceedings, as well as the costs of collection of the debt, including the costs of enforcement proceedings and the fees of the executor and the insurance premiums paid by the mortgagee for the owner of the immovable, are secured to the extent of the mortgage amount..
