Kohtutäitur Tatjana Afanasieva publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 84 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (TMS).

The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
A notional share of one third (1/3) belonging to the debtor of the communitarisation of the estate of Svetlana Belyaeva, who died on 12.03.2022a.

According to the certificate of succession issued by Narva notary Sergei Nikonov 10.11.2023a. under register No 4678 of notarial activity book:

1/3 for Anatoliy Belyaev;
1/3 for Alexey Belyaev in a meaningful part;
1/3 for Vladimir Belyaev.

Pursuant to subsection 130 (1) of the succession Act (Pärs), all the rights and obligations of the bequeather belong to the estate society, except those which are inherently related to the person of the bequeather or which, pursuant to law, cannot be transferred from one person to another.

As far as the bailiff is aware, the following assets belonging to the joint property of the bequeather and his or her spouse shall be included in the joint estate of the estate:
Apartment ownership No 73 entered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No 2656909, dedicated residential land 100%, seat Ida-Viru County, Narva City, Heroes Prospectus 36, cadastral indicator 51102:006:0015, area 48.4 m ².
The real estate is encumbered with a mortgage amounting to 455 000.00 kroons in favour of the Aktsiaselts Hansapank (registry code 10060701). The actual owner of registered immovable is required to submit to immediate enforcement in order to satisfy a claim secured by a mortgage.

The following assets constitute the separate assets of the bequeather (acquired by gift):
Apartment ownership No. 50 entered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No. 3303909, dedicated residential land 100%, location Ida-Viru County, Narva City, Partisani tn 7, cadastral indicator 51102:002:0013, area 55.7 m ².
A personal right of use has been established for the immovable property in favour of Nadežda Petruškova (Republic of Estonia personal identification code 43210103725). Proof of the death of the entitled person is sufficient to extinguish the right of use.

No other information is available on the assets and liabilities of the bequeather.
