The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
1/4 of the debtor's legal share of the joint estate of the deceased Tatjana Vorobei on 18.12.2016.a.

According to the certificate of succession issued by Põlva notary Kaire Salomon on 04.10.2017a. under the register No 700 of the notary's book of professional activities:

1/4 for Vjatšeslav Vorobei in a meaningful part;
1/4 for Varvara Vorobei;
1/4 for Ivan Vorobei in a meaningful part;
1/4 for Margarita Vorobei.

Pursuant to subsection 130 (1) of the succession Act (Pärs), all the rights and obligations of the bequeather belong to the estate society, except those which are inherently related to the person of the bequeather or which, pursuant to law, cannot be transferred from one person to another.

As far as the bailiff is aware, the following assets belonging to the joint property of the bequeather and his or her spouse shall be included in the joint estate of the estate:
1. Apartment ownership No 16 entered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No 1214907, residential land for special purpose 85%, business land 15% seat of Ida-Viru County, Kohtla-Järve town, Järve district, E. Vilde tn 6, cadastral indicator 32214:004:0129, area 60.8 m ², 608/11705 a notional part of the registered immovable.
