The decree is issued on the basis of paragraph 171(3) of the “Law on fishing” and paragraph 49(1)(3) of the “Law on the Government of the Republic”.

Publish in the official gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded and on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture the average fish first shopping prices for 2008, on the basis of the fish first shopping data provided in accordance with Decree No 104 of the Government of the Republic of 31 March 2003 entitled “procedures for reporting data on fishing”, broken down by species as follows:
