In the proceedings before the Tallinn notary Merle Saar-Johanson, 03.11.2009. a deceased Arvo Talvik (his forename and surname have not changed), born 24.05.1948. a., identity No 34805240228, succession. The envisaged date for issuing the certificate of succession is 21.12.2009.
In the matter of succession, a notarial will was issued on 26.08.2009. to which the persons entitled to the succession have access at the notary's office. Persons who possess information as to the whereabouts of the other wills of the deceased or who are in possession of the testator's will, please immediately provide the notary with the will or information as to the whereabouts of the testator.
I ask all persons entitled to the succession to make themselves known to the notary before the above date.
