Establishment of a hunting area in the Western Lahemaa and receipt of applications for authorisation to use

The Environment Agency declares that it has established a hunting area in the Western Lahemaa
.With regard to the Lahemaa national Park, the Environment Agency has undertaken not to link nature conservation areas to adjacent hunting areas, but to create two new hunting areas: Western Lahemaa and Eastern Lahemaa

The western Lahemaa hunting area has been established by order of the Director-General of the Environment Agency No 25.04.2014, No 1-4.1/14/222. The circular and the map of the hunting area can be consulted on the website of the Environment Agency at the offices of www.keskkonnaamet.ee and of Türi in the region of Harju-Järva-Rapla (Wiedemann 13, Türi) in
.The western Lahemaa hunting area is predominantly located in the Lahemaa national Park in Harju County, in the municipality of Kuusalu,
.The Environment Agency announces that it will start receiving applications for permits for hunting in the Western Lahemaa
.Under paragraph 15 of the Law on hunting, authorisation to use a hunting ground is subject to the submission of a written application, which must include:
(1) the name, registration code, location and contact details of the applicant;
(2) the name of the hunting area applied for;
(3) the manner in which the authorisation to use the hunting ground is to be served and the contact details necessary for such service;
(4) the date of filing of the application and the signature of the representative of the applicant in the
.(2) an application shall be accompanied by the particulars of the land located in the hunting area of the applicant or a written agreement specified in subsection 14 (5) of the hunting Act, including a list of agreements which shall include:
(1) the name, registration code, location and contact details of the applicant;
(2) the name, personal or registry code, contact details, cadastral number and area of the landowner;
3. the date of the consent of the landowner and the signature of the landowner of the
