Notifications of the creation of a hunting area

The Environment Agency reports that the establishment of a hunting area in Angola in
has been initiated.
The State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus (“ICMC”) submitted on 12.12.2014. The Board of the ICTY informed the Environment Agency, by decision of 11.12.2014, of the withdrawal of the licence LV-1 for the hunting ground in Angus with effect from 1 March 2015. In that regard, under paragraph 20(1)(p) (2) of the Law on hunting, that right of usufruct ceases to apply and the Angian hunting area becomes an unallocated hunting area within the meaning of the Law on hunting
.
With regard to the Angian hunting area, the Environment Agency has set up three areas with equal hunting opportunities with the extension of the hunting areas in Tudu and Muuga and the creation of a new Angian hunting area in the area north of the Rakvere-Tudulinna road in
.
The Gabonese hunting area to be established is located in the municipalities of Sonda, Lüganus, Rägavere and Vinni in
.
The Angian hunting area shall be set up by a decree of the Director-General of the Environment Agency, the draft of which and the map of the hunting area may be consulted on the website of the Environment Agency at www.keskkonnaamet.ee, the offices of Rakvere in the Region of Viru (Kunderi 18, Rakvere) and the Municipality of Sonda (Lembitu 46, Sonda) until 27.02.2015.
