The Environment Agency publishes a notice on the basis of paragraph 12(1)(1) of the KeHJS (environmental impact assessment and Management system Act) (

The environmental Agency, as the decision-maker, announced that it had initiated by letter No V 10-5/15/14884-3 of 25.06.2015 the VKG sement (registry code: 11436628) (address Järveküla TEE 14, Kohtla-Järve, 30328 East Viru County) in Ida-Viru County, Lüganus Municipality of Lüganus, Lahla-Järve (Kolga-Saka), the proposed environmental impact assessment of the
of the limestone deposit at Lahtla-Järve County.
Authorisation is requested for the extraction of cement limestone in the local area of Kohtla-Järve (Kolga-Saka) (registry card number 0016) in the
-Järve limestone quarry.An average annual extraction rate of 770 thousand m ³ is requested. The applications of mineral resources include the production of cement and lime raw materials. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 30 years.
An environmental impact assessment was initiated on the basis of paragraphs 3(1), 5 and 6(1) (28), 11(3) of the kKeHJS.
No environmental impact assessment procedures shall be
