The Environment Agency hereby declares that the final application for special water use submitted by the non-profit-making association Laidevahe nature (registry code: 80168498) (address: Siiksaare village, Valjala municipality, island region, 94301) on 19.06.2015 has been accepted.

Special water permit is requested for the construction of works for the rehabilitation of the Gulf of Oessaare (environmental registry code: 2078700) in August - October, where land up to 265 m ³ and tiles of between 20 mm and 100 mm and 106 m3 are installed in waters connecting the Gulf of Oessaare and the Gulf of LaD (Enima stream and bitter grooves). In addition, it is planned to clear sediment within 1,160 km of the lower run of the Oessaare bay (environmental registration code: A1 735 00), along with the associated reclamation ditches, and the lower run of Silmajõe (main ravage of Masa) (environmental registration code: A1 171 400), within 2.26 km, and to develop into sediment a flow channel from the essaare bay Silmayõe and the estuary of the Lake to the beginning of the Enima stream. Sediment shall be removed from water treatment up to 16650 m3. The purpose of the works to be carried out is to improve the status and ecological potential of a body of water. The works will be carried out under the conservation management plan 2011-2020 for the LS Conservation Area and the Siiksaare-Oessaare Conservation Area and aim at maintaining a valuable wetland complex, reducing eutrophication of coastal lakes and improving the conditions of restocking of fish in the

Until a decision is taken to grant or refuse a special water use permit, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. The draft decision to grant or refuse a special water use permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
