The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the
Law on competition (Konkonks).
On 30.10.2015, the competition Authority received notification of a concentration whereby OÜ Bauschmidt (registry code: 12243943) acquires a dominant position within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2) of the Law on competition over K-MOST (registration code: 10066253)
.
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
