Notice of terms and conditions of an extended collective agreement

The Ministry of Social Affairs publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 4(5) of the Law on collective agreements (KLS) in
.
The Confederation of Estonian employers and the Confederation of Estonian Trade unions agreed as follows:

1. Fix, with effect from 01 January 2016, a minimum hourly rate of EUR 2.54 per hour and a minimum hourly rate of EUR 430 per month in the case of full-time work.
2. Fix, with effect from 01 January 2017, a minimum hourly rate of EUR 2.78 per hour and a minimum hourly wage of EUR 470 per month in the case of full-time work.
3. Extend the wage conditions fixed in points 1 and 2 of this Agreement within the meaning of paragraph 4(4) of the Law on collective agreements and make them compulsory for all employers and employees in the Republic of Estonia within the meaning of the Law on employment contracts.
