The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the
Law on competition (Konkonks).
On 20.11.2015, pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5.1-5/15-043, as a result of which OÜ Bauschmidt (registry code: 12243943) acquires a dominant influence over K-MOST (registry code: 10066253) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
