The Ministry of the Environment publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 11(3) of the Law on fishing (KPS) in

The Ministry of the Environment is aware that, pursuant to Decree No 302 of the Minister of the Environment 07.04.2016, it has been decided to prohibit fishing with trawls in the Gulf of Livi from 15 April to 14 May 2016 in the territorial and internal waters of Estonia and to prohibit vessels flying the flag of the Republic of Estonia from fishing with trawls in the Gulf of Livi in the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Latvia from 12 May to 10 June 2016

It shall take effect on the day following that of its publication and may also be consulted on the Ministry of the Environment's website on http://www.envir.ee/et/eesmargid activities/fishing/legislation.
