The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 30.06.2016, the competition Authority received a notification of a concentration whereby EfTEN Projekt OÜ (registry code: 14057883) acquires a dominant position within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2) and (3) over the part of DSV Transport AS (registry code: 10342368). The part of the business to be acquired comprises four properties in the village Jälgimäe in Harju County, Freistaat Sachu.
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
