Notice of suspension of commercial fishing

The Maaeluministeerium publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 49(2) and (4) of the Law on fishing (KPS).
The Secretary of State for Rural Affairs shall, pursuant to paragraph 49(1) of the KPS, suspend fishing for vendace under a fisherman's fishing licence in lakes Peipsi, Läm and Pihkva. The fishery for lemon in the lakes of Peipsi, Lämmi and Pihkva and the fishery for breasted chestnut in the lakes of Peips have been suspended since 02.07.2016.
Fishing is suspended from 02.07.2016.
