The Tartu Maakohus (District Court, Jõgeva) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
20.07.2016 by order in civil proceedings No 2-09-54546, the amount to be paid
by the debtor, Comfortel oil OÜ (registry code: 11182990), as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings, was fixed at EUR 3 000 for the debtor, Comfortel oil OÜ, and at 08.08.2016. The court shall not close the proceedings if the sum specified by the court is paid as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings. The amount must be paid into the Treasury account No EE5710220229377229 (SEB Bank), No EE062200221059223099 (Swedbank), No EE513300333522160001 (Danske Bank) or No 221700017003510302 (Nordea Bank) of THE Ministry of Finance. Submit the proof of payment or notify the payment to the court within a specified period (name of the payer, tsiviilkohtumenetluse number, date of payment)
