The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 28.07.2016, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5.1-5/16-032, pursuant to paragraph 27(1)P 1 of the Kondex, with the result that EfTEN Projekt OÜ (registry code: 14057883) may acquire a dominant influence over the part of DSV Transport AS (registry code: 10342368) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)P 2.
