The Põlva Regional Government publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 58(1) of the Law on State property (RVS).

The Regional Government of Põlva shall issue a public auction in writing for the following properties:
1. An initial price of EUR 345 for plot Vana-Tartu Road 9 (cadastral mark 61901:001:0257) and a deposit of EUR 34 for
.2. The property Tiidu (cadastral Identifier 11701:005:0208) has an initial price of EUR 148 and a deposit of EUR 14
.3. The initial price of Papli tee 2 (cadastral identification 61901:002:0170) on the plot of land shall be EUR 142 and the deposit shall be EUR 14

The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Law on State property and on the basis of order No 1-1/16/243 of the Governor of Põlva on 20.07.2016 in
.The immovable property is encumbered for the benefit of the owner of the land on which the long leasehold is situated and, under paragraph 1051(2) of the Law on State property, the owner has a right of pre-emption in the event of the transfer of that land to the
.The deadline for submission of tenders is 30.08.2016 at 10:00. Tenders must be submitted by post or delivered to: Põlva County Government, Kesk 20, 63308 Põlva (room 15 or 26 by hand). The tenders will be opened on 30.08.2016 in Põlva County Government, Central Kesk 20, Põlva City, room No 30 at 10.15
.The written tender must contain the following information:
1. the tenderer's name, personal or registry code, residence or registered office and contact telephone or e-mail address;
2. name of the assets to be purchased (land name, cadastral parcel);
3. assurances that he was aware of the conditions and assets of the auction and that he was aware of the state of the property and that he did not have any complaints in that regard before the Põlva municipal Council;
4. the specific numerical bid amount, expressed in euros, of the purchase price written in words and figures, where those amounts are not the same, shall be deemed to be the amount written in words of the valid bid;
5. date of submission of tender, signature of the bidder;
6. the basis for the right of representation of the tenderer's representative (where applicable);
7. the number of the bidder's bank account to which the deposit is returned if the auction is not won;
To tender:
(a) a copy of the payment order concerning payment of the deposit;
(b) powers of attorney in the case of authorisation;

The deposit must be received no later than 30.08.2016 by 10.00 a.m. on the account of the Ministry of Finance WITH SEB Bank E8910220034796011 or on the account Swedbank E932200221023778606 or on the account Nordea Bank EMI701700017001577198 or on the payment order of Danske Bank E403300333416110002, with reference number 2800082433 and an explanation “on the sale of Põlva MV property with cash/Vana-Tartu Teto 9 or Tili/Telep/2. Following confirmation by the county governor of the results of the auction and payment by the buyer of the amount of the purchase, a contract of sale shall be concluded with the winner of the auction. All costs associated with the conclusion of the sale contract and the transfer of ownership of the property shall be borne by the purchaser.

Tenders may be submitted no later than 30.08.2016 at 10.00 a.m. to the rural municipality of Põlva in writing, in a sealed envelope bearing the tender keyword “rural municipality of Põlva/Vana-Tartu tea 9/or Tiidu or/Papli tee 2/” auction, opening time 30.08.2016 at 10.15 a.m." and the warning notice “NOT TO OPEN BEFORE THE START OF THE AUCTION”.
