The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 25.08.2016, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5.1-5/16-035 pursuant to paragraph 27(2)(1) of the Konkonks, as a result of which Circle K acquired a dominant position in THE share of SEVENOIL EST OÜ (registry code: 11076302) in THE Estonian public limited company (registry code: 10180925); OÜ TOOMEMAA Part (registry code: 10851696); private limited company Heelease Part (registry code: 10626746); The share of the private limited company nervous station (registry code: 10334386) is transferred in the manner provided for in paragraph 19(1)(2).
