The Maaeluministeerium publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 49(2) and (4) of the Law on fishing (KPS).
The Secretary of State for Rural Affairs shall, pursuant to paragraph 49(1) of the KPS, suspend fishing for cod in the Northwest Atlantic zone in Division 3M on the basis of a fishing licence issued by the Republic of Estonia for a fishing vessel. This circular applies in the Northwest Atlantic fishing zone 3M as
by the Republic of Estoniapersons fishing for cod under the special fishing permit of a given fishing vessel in
Official journals shall be published from the day following that of publication.
Fishing has been suspended since 28.10.2017.
