The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency reports that YIT Infra Eesti AS (registry code: 10114029) (address: betooni tn 28, 11415 Tallinn) 02.03.2018 request for a geological survey of the Kivinina II trial room (registered under document Management system 12.03.2018 No 12-1/18/3535 of the Environment Agency).
The geological survey is requested in Pärnu County, Pärnu County, in the village of Põlendmaa, on the state-owned land Taal Region 2 (cadastral title 56801:006:0134), the management of which is the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised authority of the Centre for the Management of State Forests. The area covered by the requested survey room is 89,18 ha. The purpose of the study is to conduct a mineral consumption survey to determine the distribution of mineral resources (sand, gravel), the thickness of the useful layer, the quality and the extraction conditions in order to assess the quantity of mineral resources as an active commercial resource for which mining permission could be sought. The studies plan to set up up up to 72 exploration voids with a depth of up to 6 m; other planned ad hoc work: laboratory work, topographical surveying. The survey is carried out by Mäebüroo Nord OÜ (registry code 11560452, address Pärnu mnt 232, 11314 Tallinn). The period of validity applied for is 3 years.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (+372 680 7438, info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
