The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for permission for general geological exploration in Harju County submitted by the Estonian Geological Service (registry code: 77000387) (address: District of Western Viru, City of Rakvere, F. R Kreutzwald 5, 44314) (registered in the Environment Agency's document management system 17.08.2018 under document number 12-2/18/13636) has been granted.
The general geological exploration licence is requested for the cadastral district of Vaharangme (cadastral reference 58001:001:0326), Vihterpalu district 15 (cadastral reference 56201:003:0771), the cadastral district of Harju-cross in the municipality of West Harju (cadastral district of Harju-cross), the commune of Saue of Odulemma (cadastral reference 5:026:008 in the commune of KteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumKteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteeriumteerium® ® ® ® 00® ® ® ® 4.2.4.2.4.2.4.2.4.2.4.2.4.2.4.2.4.2.4.2.4.2.4.2.4.2.528/2012). The area covered by the requested survey room is 4,04 ha. General geological research shall be carried out to study the quality characteristics of the material (building limestone) present in the exploration facility in Harju County. Up to 5 wells are planned to be created in the course of the research. The research depth is up to 20 m. for the sake of completeness, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: a laboratory study on the properties of rocks. The survey is carried out by the Eesti Geoloogiateenistus (registry code: 77000387, address in Lääne-Viru County, Rakvere City, F. R Kreutzwald 5, 44314).
The application for a general geological exploration licence and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel 674 4804, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to authorise or refuse authorisation for general geological exploration, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft general geological exploration shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded.
