The Maaeluministeerium publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 49(2) and (4) of the Law on fishing (KPS).
Under paragraph 49(1) of the KPS, the Minister for Rural Affairs is to suspend, until 31 December 2019, the fishing activities carried out on the basis of a fisherman's fishing licence in the lakes of Peipsi, Lämmi and Pihva and fishing with the open water network, the bottom seine or the mutton and the fishing net.
Fishing is suspended from 24.09.2019.
