The Maaeluministeerium publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 49(2) and (3) of the Law on fishing (KPS).
Under paragraph 49(3) of the KPS, the Secretary of State for Rural Affairs opens a fishery north-seine, that is to say, a mutant, on the basis of a fisherman's fishing licence in the Lake Peipsi.
Fishing is open from 26.10.2019. more detailed information is provided
by an attached decree of the Minister for Rural Affairs.
