The Maaeluministeerium publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 49(2) and (4) of the Law on fishing (KPS).
Under paragraph 49(1) of the KPS, the Secretary of State for Rural Affairs is to suspend fishing activities conducted on the basis of a fisherman's fishing licence in the Lake Peipsi until 31 December 2019.
Fishing has been suspended since 19.11.2019.
For more details, please refer to the attached decree of the Minister for Rural Affairs.
