The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 8(1) of Decree No 86 of the Government of the Republic of 07.11.2019, entitled “conditions and modalities for a minimum bid for energy from renewable energy sources and efficient cogeneration”.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications organises the minimum bid referred to in paragraph 59 of the electricity market Act (6) in order to find a power generator using a renewable energy source with a power output of less than 1 MW at the most favourable rate. The bidder Elering AS shall submit the list of suitable tenderers to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications no later than 17.06.202020. The minimum bid is to be made to the notice of a minimum bid for the production of energy from renewable energy sources (enclosed)
