Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 20(4) of the hunting Act (hunting Act).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces that permit No. FRUIT - 9 in proof of right to use a hunting district issued to Mittetulundusühing Viljandimaa Jahimeeste Liit (registry code: 80073800) (address Viljandi maakond, Viljandi linn, Piiri tn 3a) has been ended.
 
The hunting district is located Viljandi County in the territory of the municipality of North Sakala. The boundaries of the hunting district can be viewed via the public service of the environmental register at https://register.keskkonnaportaal.ee/register/hunting-area/7382549 or via the public service of the forest register at http://register.metsad.ee/avalik/.
 
The Environmental Board announces that it is ready to receive applications for a permit in proof of the right to use the The battle hunting district.

Under §15 of JahiS, to receive a permit in proof of right to use a hunting district, a written application be submitted to the issuer of permits, which include:
(1) the name, registry code, registered office and contact details of the applicant;
(2)the name of the hunting district applied for;
(3) the desired manner of delivery of the permit in proof of the right to use the hunting district, and the contact details necessary for delivery;
(4) the date of submission of the application and the signature of the applicant’s representative.
 
The enclosure to the application be the details of the applicant’s immovable located in this hunting district or a written agreement specified in §14(5) of JahiS, including a list of agreements, which include:
(1) the name, registry code, registered office and contact details of the applicant;
(2) the land owner’s name, personal identification code or registry code, contact details, cadastral unit number and area;
(3) the date on which the land owner’s consent is granted and land owner’s signature.
 
Applications for a permit in proof of the right to use a hunting district may be submitted to the Environmental Board from within 30 days to 08.04.2023. Applications must be sent to: https://kotkas.envir.ee/.
