The decree shall be issued on the basis of paragraph 171(3) of the 'Law on fishing' and paragraph 49(1)(3) of the 'Law on the Government of the Republic'.

Publish in the official gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded and on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture the average fish first buying-in prices for 2009, on the basis of the data on first buying-in of fish reported in accordance with Decree No 104 of the Government of the Republic of 31 March 2003 on the arrangements for reporting data relating to fishing, broken down by species as follows:
