The Ministry of the Environment publishes the notice on the basis of the ¹ of paragraph 19(3) of the Law on fishing (KPS).
The Ministry of the Environment is aware that, in accordance with order No 353 of the Minister of the Environment of 17.04.2015, it has been decided to prohibit fishing with trawls in the Gulf of Livi from 20 April to 19 May 2015 in the territorial and internal waters of Estonia and to prohibit vessels flying the flag of the Republic of Estonia from fishing with trawls in the Gulf of Livi in the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Latvia from 12 May to 10 June 2015 in the

It shall take effect on the day following that of its publication and may also be consulted http://www.envir.ee/et/kalandusinfo on the website of the Ministry of the Environment.
