Notaries Ülle Mesi make an announcement pursuant to paragraph 168(1) of the Law on succession (PärS).

Notary Ülle Mesi has initiated proceedings for the succession of a late reference to Pakka (personal identification No 43310242217) (other perenname Mikiveer, Mikiver; Mikiver (d.o.b.)) on 29.09.2019, born 24.10.1933.

The intended date for certification of succession is 01.03.202020.

Persons who possess information as to the location of the testator's will or who are in possession of the testator's will shall immediately inform the notary or apply to the office of Notar Ülle Mesi.

The identity of the persons having the right of succession must be notified to the notary and the heir, who wishes to have his particulars entered on the certificate of succession, must make himself known before the date on which the certificate of succession is authenticated.

Persons entitled to inherit, who wish to renounce the inheritance of Vie Pakkas (personal identification number 43310242217), must, at the latest within three (3) months of becoming aware or having to become aware of the death of the deceased and of their right of succession, make a notarial declaration to that effect to the notary.

From 01.03.2020, the certificate of succession shall be authenticated in respect of the heirs whose identity is known to the notary, whose right of succession and its scope have been established and who have not renounced the estate.
