Kohtutäitur Oksana Kutšmei publishes this announcement under Section 140(2) of the inheritance Act (PärS).

The bailiff is hereby called upon to determine the duties of the deceased. The deceased, RAIVO VOOREMÄE (national identification 37402124929) (born on 12.02.1974), died on 02.01.2019. The basis for conducting the inventory of the estate is the decision of Tartu notary Paavo Uibopuu to determine the inventory of the estate 30.04.2020.

Please inform the bailiff of their claims and rights in relation to the estate within one month of the date of publication of this announcement.

The inventory includes a list of all inheritances and rights and obligations existing at the time of the opening of the succession, as well as a description and assessment of the assets needed to identify them and to determine their value. The inventory of the estate shall be submitted to the notary (paragraph 139(5) of the PärS).

Claims secured by a pledge on trust or a pledge entered in a public register, costs of maintenance of funeral and deceased family members and obligations under wills and contracts of succession need not be notified in the context of an appeal procedure (paragraph 140(3) of the PärS).

If the heir fails to disclose matters or rights forming part of the estate for inclusion in the list of estates or displays non-existent obligations in order to harm the creditors of the deceased, the heir is also liable for the performance of the obligations of the deceased by his estate (paragraph 144 of the PärS ).

After completing the inventory, the heir is liable only to the extent that, at the time when the claim is notified to him, he has already been enriched on account of the estate (paragraph 143(3) of the PärS).
