The envisaged date for certification of the certificate of succession is 19.10.2020.

The identity of the persons having the right of succession must be notified to the notary and the heir, who wishes to have his particulars entered on the certificate of succession, must make himself known before the date on which the certificate of succession is authenticated.

Persons entitled to inherit who wish to renounce the Anu Kahar (national identification 46207186525) succession must, at the latest within three (3) months of becoming aware or having to become aware of the death of the deceased and of their right of succession, make a notarial declaration to that effect to the notary

From 19.10.2020, the certificate of succession will be authenticated in respect of the heirs whose identity is known to the notary, whose right of succession and its scope have been established and who have not renounced the estate.
