The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of public bailiffs and the Chamber of Bank administrators electronic auction:
Ühendus Tähevärav% of public buildings owned by the gateway association (registry code 80227373) entered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No 13902802, located in Harju County, Harku County, Adra village, grassland road 2 with an area of 9485 m2.

Rights identified by third parties encumbering the immovable property, with their ranking and other restrictions on the ownership of the immovable property:
1. Personal right of use in favour of Eesti Energia distribution Jaotusvõrk OÜ (registry code 11050857). Personal right of use, free of charge and for an indefinite period, for the operation of the electricity network in accordance with Part four (IV) of the contract of 19.02.2003. Entered in registration No 5961802 on 16.05.2003; transferred here. 3.01.2012. entered on the basis of the application for registration of 20.12.2011
2. The immovable property is encumbered with the right of pre-emption provided for in paragraph 16(5) of the BNatSchG in favour of the Republic of Estonia. 3.01.2012. entered on the basis of the application for registration of 20.12.2011

In accordance with the agreement between the persons concerned, the entry is placed in the sequence below entry 4 in Section IV. Entered on the basis of the application for registration on 31.07.2019 on 5.08.2019.
8. A mortgage in the amount of EUR 96 000,00 in favour of Omega Laen AS (registry code 11691792). The individual owner of the property is obliged to submit to immediate enforcement in order to satisfy the claim secured by the mortgage. The entry is placed in the position above entry 3 of Section IV. Entered on the basis of the application for registration on 31.07.2019 on 5.08.2019.
According to the register of buildings, there is a 2-floor leisure centre (with a surface area of 228 m2) and a sports and gaming pitch on the property.
On the acquisition of the immovable property, both prohibitions on disposals and all mortgages are deleted. The personal right of use in favour of Eesti Energia distribution system OÜ and the right of pre-emption in favour of the Republic of Estonia remain a burden on the property.
