By order of 14.04.2022 in civil proceedings No 2-21-14923 has been appointed as a new administrator in bankruptcy Priit Palmiste (address: Priit Palmiste advokaadibüroo osaühing, Narva mnt 7d, Tallinn, telephone 615 0401, e-mail priit@palmiste.ee).

By order of 14.04.2022 of the Harju Maakohus (Harju District Court), the court confirmed the decision taken in point 2.2 of the first general meeting of creditors of the Metrophagrage limited company (in liquidation, registry code 11272032) to select Priit Palmiste as liquidator of the Metrophagrage limited company with written consent.
An order by which a court, in the case referred to in paragraph 61(4) of the Law on insolvency, does not confirm the administrator chosen by the creditors and validates the administrator appointed by the insolvency order may be the subject of an appeal by the creditor and the debtor.
On appeal, the court shall annul the order appointing the administrator if the appointment of the administrator infringes paragraph 56(1), (1), (3) or (4) of the Law on insolvency.
