The object and content of the special property, in accordance with the Special property Agreement of 10.11.1999 and the building distribution plan which forms part thereof. The second part of the register is entered as owner Ivar Uus new (personal identification No 38401142739). Entry No 1 in the third section of the register contains a prohibition on disposing of immovable property in favour of the Republic of Estonia (tax and Customs Board (registry code 70000349)). 1.09.2021 Entered at the request of the tax and Customs Board on 14.09.2021; under entry 2, the prohibition on disposing of the property is in favour of the Republic of Estonia (tax and Customs Board (registry code 70000349)). 16.02.2022 entered at the request of the bailiff 17.02.2022. According to the register of buildings, the following buildings are located in the cadastral parcel: (Code of the register of buildings 104019107; type: Building; floor area 1000 m ², number of decks: 9, type of property: immovable property, status of the building: current use). According to the Land Registry, the area of the land (2441 m ²) is 2441 m ². The dwelling to which the special property relates is situated on the second floor of a 9-deck apartment II constructed in 1991 and is a 3-room apartment with all comfort needs to be renovated (the apartment undergoes renovation). Housing design: vestibule, kitchen, bedroom, two bedrooms, one of which has access to the garment, the WC and the bathroom are separate. The apartment has a central water supply, sewerage and district heating. Utility payments in the summer of some 80 € and in the winter of some 130-150 €, plus electricity. There is a cellar attached to the apartment. A building in co-ownership is managed and maintained by an association of co-owners. Stairway workshops have been repaired and locked. Parking in front of the house, with a car park authorisation issued by the cooperative. There are many schools in the vicinity, children's children, and there are shops within a radius of around 500 m. According to the www.ehr.ee, that building E bears an energy performance certificate.
